The future is wider and very close!
UPDATE:: Hyperkin's revival of the original Xbox's Duke Controller has been hyped for awhile now, but without any word on the all-important "when" of the matter. Thankfully, we now know that the Duke will be making its return by the end of March according to a Tweet from Seamus Blackley:

Original story below:
By Robert Marrujo:: The original Xbox controller The Duke is coming back thanks to third-party peripheral maker Hyperkin. The extra large controller is returning on Microsoft's newest console, Xbox One, and comes with a handful of changes in tow. A nine-foot long breakaway cord is one, as well as a new display screen in the middle of the controller.
There's no word on price or a release date, but Seamus Blackley, an old school designer of the original Xbox, has been posting images of the controller on his Twitter page and verified that the new Duke has received approval from Microsoft. So in short, it's only a matter of time until fans are playing with the reborn controller... or avoiding it like the plague, depending on your tastes.
